As a Business Analytics Manager, you will be part of an innovative agency that is experiencing rapid and

Qualifications
 
The ideal candidate for this role will be a marketing professional with a solid track record in B2B
and/or B2C marketing, demonstrating a clear ability to drive growth. They will have a deep
understanding of integrated marketing and sales enablement, and be ready to take on the challenges
of this dynamic role.
 
What are we looking for in you?
 
As the Account Manager, you will contribute to the growth and position of our organisation in a
variety of ways:
● Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including
social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
● Identify target audiences and determine the most effective ways to reach them.
● Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and copywriters, to create
high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns.
● Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for
improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and apply them
to our client's campaigns.
● Use analytics tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and other metrics to optimise
campaigns.
 
Do you have the following?
● High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and
complex priorities
● Ability to make connections outside marketing, with an eye on driving growth and better
integration
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital
marketing channels.
● Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong project management and organisational skills.
● Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus
● Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality
● Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
● Agile and innovative thinker
 
Set Yourself Apart With
● 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive growth and
building client relationships
● Curious. Creative. With great attention to detail and a track record of successfully
managing multiple deadlines.
● Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a
related business field
● Deep understanding of integrated marketing and client strategies to provide measurable
results
● Good understanding of Social and Digital tools
● Good Command of English and an eye for detail.
