As a Business Analytics Manager, you will be part of an innovative agency that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. Working alongside passionate and experienced colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day delivery of client objectives.
Your role will be client-facing, diverse, and exhilarating, requiring you to be organized, a proficient communicator, open to new ideas, and ready to collaborate with multiple departments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a data analytics professional with solid experience in B2B and or B2C and a demonstrated ability to drive growth. What are we looking for in you? As the Business Analytics Manager, you will contribute to the growth and position of our Client's organisation in a variety of ways:
● 4+ years of experience utilising data and technology (BI/Analytics/Data Engineering) to structure and resolve complex problems.
● Master's degree in any of the following disciplines- computer science, statistics, data science, or business analytics.
● Proficiency in SQL and Python or its equivalent.
● Ability to think in an organised, structured and logical manner with a precise, systematic approach to problem-solving.
● Familiarity with Cloud tools, preferably Google Cloud tool stack (Looker, BigQuery, etc.)
● Capable of identifying and comprehending business needs and underlying questions to deliver insights directed towards answering those questions.
● Experience analysing and visualising data and developing data products/analytics solutions utilising modern analytics platforms/visualisation tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
● Enjoy solving problems, finding solutions independently, and proactively seeking opportunities to learn and improve existing products and processes.
● Proficient in communicating ideas effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
● Open to learning from others and welcome feedback and advice to improve your skills and knowledge.
● Respectful of the ideas and contributions of others and able to work with people from various backgrounds and perspectives.
● A commitment to producing high-quality deliverables that are easily understandable and actionable.
Do you have the following?
● High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities
● Ability to make connections outside marketing, with an eye on driving growth and better integration
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
● Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong project management and organisational skills.
● Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus
● Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality
● Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
● Agile and innovative thinker

● 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive growth and building client relationships
● Curious. Creative. With great attention to detail and a track record of successfully managing multiple deadlines.
● Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field
● Deep understanding of integrated marketing and client strategies to provide measurable results
● Good knowledge of Social and Digital tools
● Good Command of English and an eye for detail.
● Data modelling and engineering procedures, and Statistical modelling
● Applying machine learning techniques to resolve business problems
● Familiarity with the modern data stack and ecosystem
