About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic Affiliate team. Based in Singapore the Account Executive is an integral position within GroupM’s Affiliate team, working for some of the largest global brands helping them to drive successful partnerships & campaigns in Singapore. The Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers on his clients portfolio. The executive will work closely with the Managers from both an operational and strategic stand point to ensure their clients affiliate programs are performing optimally and exceeding their expectations. We work with some of the world’s biggest retailers, so we are looking for the right candidate to join us to deliver exceptional service levels to these current clients with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Client Service & Account Management:

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day client management, acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives and support strategic recommendations to optimise their affiliate programs.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Compile and deliver regular performance reports, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to clients with the Account Managers support.
• Manage client billing and ensure timely invoice processing. Campaign Execution & Optimisation:
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of affiliate marketing campaigns across various partners.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns are delivering against client objectives and budget.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, implementing corrective actions to maximise results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness alongside the Account Managers.
• Manage the platform.

Partner Management & Development:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new publisher partners, expanding our network and identifying strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing publisher partners, providing ongoing support and optimising partnerships for mutual growth.
• Negotiate favourable partnership deals and ensure compliance with program guidelines with the Account Managers support. Reporting & Analysis:
• Gather and analyse data from various sources to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular client reports, including performance summaries, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No experience required but a keen interest in digital is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and a team player ready to be part of the team culture.
• Fluency in English is essential for this role with an additional Asian language as an added benefit.
