We require an experienced Senior Research Executive to join our small but growing team in Singapore.
 
The role is hands-on, involving all aspects of market research. The successful candidate will be ambitious and keen to play a leading role in the development of our company. The candidate will work on, and manage, a range of different project types in different sectors. Previous experience in research is a must, preferably in the B2B space, with agency-side experience a significant advantage. This is a client-facing role and the ability to liaise with clients and manage teams is crucial.
 
The Singapore office is in a growth stage. As such there will be times when employees will have to complete work outside of the job description to ensure effective project delivery.
 
Must haves:
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in market research
  • Experience with qualitative & quantitative research methods
  • Ambitions to develop into a B2B specialist/ consultant
  • Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience in Q or SPSS (good to have)
 
We are seeking extensive experience on a range of different projects, preferably including at least one of the following:
  • Customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Brand studies
  • Customer segmentation
  • Market assessment
  • New product/concept development
