Who we are looking for
As a Business Analyst at Choreograph, you'll play a critical role in conducting an in-depth analysis of the existing process flows related to advertising campaign implementation through engaging with a variety of stakeholders across multiple specialist teams within GroupM agencies; work closely with the product team to review the documented analysis and inform definition of development requirements for our key campaign management product.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business processes, ideally within the advertising agency ecosystem and with knowledge in both traditional and digital media.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different operating companies and regions to gather and document business requirements, as well as develop and communicate an informed opinion on their prioritization and importance levels.
- Conduct subject matter expert meetings, workshops, and interviews to capture requirements and feedback
- Using learnings from available and collected data, identify and propose areas of improvement and distill opportunities for standardising currently fragmented
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user journeys.
- Build in-depth knowledge of the product we are building to streamline and support these processes and requirements; perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between ‘as-is’ and desired states; and work closely with the product team to jointly identify gaps and development needs
- Continuously monitor and evaluate progress, risks, and issues within each analysis project, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into product capability development areas
- Ideally, experience in and/or understanding of media agency services, deliverables, workflows and processes; familiarity with key tech products and platforms used in planning, activation, reconciliation and measurement of advertising campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels; ability to effectively focus conversations on key areas of analysis within the limited amount of time we can expect the stakeholders to give us
- Proficiency in writing feature files in Behaviour Diven Development framework / Gherkin-based scenarios and requirements
- Proven ability to document complex workflows using Business Process Model and Notation or a similar method
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and workflow visualization techniques; Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and UX tools (Figma, Balsamic etc). is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience of being able to operate and lead in fast-paced and dynamic product-led environments.

- Fine-tuned communication, presentation and influencing skills; with an ability to think creatively and present in a manner that inspires and excites
