Job Description:
Client Team and Communications
- Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands
- Partners with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses
- Ensures client transitions, from onboarding through offboarding, are properly supported and managed
- Partners with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance
- Ensures budget maintenance and utilisation is supported through creation and/or tracking of reference requirements, such as Media Purchase Authorisations (MPAs) and budget details
People Management
- Manages the annual performance review and goal setting process for direct reports
- Contribute to build career paths
- Provides hands on support and guidance to all team members
Billing
- Supports client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices
- Reconciles media delivered with supplier and resolves mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe
- Provides additional operational support as needed
- Supports brand leadership in performing client audits
Operations and processes
- Maximize offshoring utilisation, including but not limited to billing, reporting, briefing templates
- Participate in creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedure
- Contribute to the enhancement of operation KPIs: MSS implementation, timesheet adoption
- Provides additional operational support as needed
- Support Operations Lead to drive the implementation of the Media Service Line Operating model in market; ensuring market nuances are considered whilst still staying consistent to the approved Global Operating model
- Support Operations Lead to ensure an interface to the Global Media Service Line and leveraging best practice in managing operational performance, processes, and procedures for the Media line of business
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Media (both Digital and OOH).
- Knowledge in Media Buying.
- Ability to read and understand Media Plans.
- Being meticulous and detail-oriented with numbers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work relatively independently.
