The purpose of this roles is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
  • Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
  • Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for advertising and marketing
  • Strong in either offline or performance marketing
  • Familiar with Singapore's businesses and target audiences
  • Ability to lead a small team of up to 3
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
