Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Analytics & Personalization Lead Consultant with 3-5 years of relevant work experience for our Singapore office. We work with some of the most reputed brands in the SEA region, from sectors including FSIs, Technology, Airlines, Telco, Retail B2C companies. To satisfy these customers, we ensure that everyone on the team is passionate about Measurement and Analytics along with the expertise in CRO & Media landscape and is constantly working towards maximizing the results for our customers via a strong and practical knowledge of the platforms including consulting of best practices, implementation and consulting of use cases.
Responsibilities
- Work on exciting projects involving Analytics & CRO consultation and top level implementation support, reporting and analysis for the customers
- Run analysis and find patterns on Analytics data and identify actionable insights for clients
- Work with in-house consultants & clients to understand client’s needs and develop solutions
- Work with some of the largest brands in the region and consult them on how they can improve the business outcomes via Analytics, Measurement and CRO
- Build client relationships to always drive key business outcomes
- Manage the delivery teams for the delivery to ensure the customer goals are met effectively
Key Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on work experience and a passion for Analytics & CRO platforms like - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, AppsFlyer, ContentSquare, Dynamic Yield, VWO, Optimizely, A/B Tasty, etc.
- Understanding of how the Digital Marketing ecosystem works beyond Analytics & CRO especially on the Media side with an understanding of the holistic GMP stack
- Strong analytical skills and capability to translate business requirements into technical requirement milestones for a smooth project delivery
- Ability to switch between multiple accounts and projects, zoom out and look at the bigger picture to drive value for the customers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer excellence
- Passionate about analytics, CRO & technology must love to share the perspective and the ideology with everyone around the same
- Any certifications on Analytics & CRO platforms is a plus
