- Campaign Optimization & Customer Journeys: Design, develop, and optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys by activating digital data across a range of MarTech platforms and omnichannel (O2O) strategies.
- MarTech Consultation: Advise clients on how various MarTech components can seamlessly work together to drive their marketing and business goals.
- Opportunity Identification: Uncover client opportunities and identify key requirements to address their marketing challenges and enhance digital maturity.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead client workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and strategy discussions, co-creating marketing strategies that help clients mature digitally.
- Project Ownership: Lead consulting, implementation, and managed services projects across a diverse suite of MarTech tools and platforms.
- Pre-Sales & Client Management: Own pre-sales targets, helping clients achieve marketing effectiveness and nurturing relationships for long-term success.
- Analytical Mindset: Strongly analytical, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technical solutions.
- MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with key platforms like CDP (Tealium, Segment) or CEP (SFMC, Braze), driving marketing strategies with data-driven insights.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects, maintaining both a high-level strategic view and a detailed understanding of technical execution.
- Relevant Experience: 5-6 years of experience in utilizing MarTech and data to deliver impactful marketing strategies.
- Workshop Facilitation: Proven experience in leading and delivering client workshops and strategy sessions.
- Passion for Innovation: A strong passion for technology, data, and a love for sharing and selling your ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and drive project success.
- Consulting Background: Experience in delivering consulting or digital maturity projects is highly desirable.
