We are seeking a results-oriented marketer to join the Consumer Division to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships, increasing user adoption and engagement through targeted marketing strategies. In this role, you will oversee performance optimisation by leveraging data and analytics to measure program success, refine campaigns in real-time, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, editorial, product, customer experience, and design, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure alignment and seamless execution. This role is pivotal in shaping impactful marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
 
Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Drive audience growth: Through a mix of organic strategies (e.g., SEO, content marketing) and paid campaigns (e.g., social ads, search ads) to expand reach and attract new audiences.
  • Grow registered users: Design and execute initiatives that drive registrations, including optimising the user journey, creating impactful registration prompts, and delivering value-driven incentives, while continuously exploring new approaches to increase sign-ups.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Optimisation: Optimise campaign performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing. Leverage customer data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, conducting A/B testing to validate hypotheses and make strategic adjustments to maximise results and drive growth.
  • Copywriting and creative development: Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions while collaborating effectively with designers to create cohesive, visually appealing campaigns and user experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication and teamwork across divisions, collaborating effectively with Product, Sales, Customer success, and other departments to ensure a holistic and aligned approach to customer lifecycle management.
  • Innovation: Proactively improve the customer experience by identifying opportunities to enhance their journey and drive business growth through creative marketing initiatives and strategies. Contribute innovative ideas to the team by staying abreast of the latest developments and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
  • Full-funnel expertise: Collaborate effectively with teammates across all stages of the customer journey, supporting activities that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation with the goal of maximising subscriptions and revenue.

Skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across all stages: acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience with campaign performance optimisation techniques, including A/B testing, and a demonstrated ability to drive growth through data-driven adjustments.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and create engaging customer experiences.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying innovative marketing initiatives and strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation platforms, social media platforms, Google Analytics, or other analytical platforms is a plus.
