As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing team, this role will be responsible to effectively position and promote products to the B2B target audience, driving market adoption, and supporting the sales team with relevant marketing collateral and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a product marketing background and a proven ability to work independently.
 

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Product positioning and messaging: Identify the buyer personas and target audience for products. Leverage market research to understand and determine the products’ value proposition, customer needs, pain points for key segments.
  • Marketing collateral and content creation: Strategize and create various assets including website content, brochures, infographics, case studies, white papers to showcase product value targeting at various key segments. Develop compelling content for B2B audiences, such as blog posts, videos, thought leadership articles, events and reports.
  • Sales enablement Create sales enablement assets such as sales presentations, product guides, FAQs to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value to B2B customers.
  • Engagement initiatives for large accounts (Education Sector): Collaborate with the sales and editorial teams to develop and implement engagement strategy to engage end users effectively to drive product usage.
  • Market intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential threats. Provide market intelligence to internal teams to inform decision making.
  • Collaboration and cross-functional support: Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, editorial, product, customer experience, design) for alignment.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and track marketing spend to ensure that it remains within budget.
     
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of working experience preferably in conceptualising, proposing, planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Degree qualification in Business / Marketing or related discipline.
  • Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
  • Written and spoken Chinese will be an advantage as part of marketing Chinese products.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting expectations and collaborating within teams.
  • Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage
