Reporting to Head, Partnerships and Engagement Chinese Media Group, you will be in charge of growing and managing the various communities under Chinese Media Group.
Responsibilities:
● Drive strategic communications to grow the interest communities of CMG publications, which may include but not limiting to crafting and drafting of periodic and ad hoc newsletters/EDMs, managing communication channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram, as well as other social
media platforms
● Curate and lead communities events and engagement efforts
● Stakeholders management, both internal and external
● Work with stakeholders within SPH Media on synergising engagement efforts
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences; experienced in
managing communities and newsletter and social media would be advantageous
● Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, and possesses a passion for
writing in Chinese as this role supports Chinese publications
● Passionate in wanting to interact and connect with people from all walks of life,
especially Chinese publications readers
● A team-player who has good problem solving skills and is experienced in handling cross-
functional projects
● Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite Cloud-based productivity tools, and possess the
ability to understand and utilise data to curate engagement strategies
