Responsibilities
Media and Influencer Engagement:
- Develop and lead communications plans and strategies.
- Manage media/PR/influencer campaigns, including media events, analyst meetings, media tours, KOL/influencer/advocacy programmes
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the media and KOL/influencer landscape in Singapore and/or APAC
- Experience with analyst relations, government relations etc. is a bonus
- Propose and develop editorial content and PR materials (eg. press releases, briefing documents, pitches, bylines, end of campaign reports etc.) with minimal supervision
- Work with junior team members to guide them on editorial content creation
- Assist in creating high-level digital/social media strategies that are integrated into communication plans
- Engage with agency digital & monitoring divisions regarding client projects & deliverables
- Experience in social media management, including community management, editorial calendars and metrics reporting
- Serve as day-to-day contact for media/influencers; share knowledge
- Conduct outreach relevant to integrated communication
- Oversee management of reactive requests, proactively influence & garner coverage
- Lead brainstorms & strategic campaign development
- Maintain day-to-day contact with the client and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Anticipate client communication challenges & develop recommendations
- Develop & implement integrated communication strategies and plans
- Manage specific projects that are part of a larger campaign
- Develop and maintain trackers for projects
- Begin to understand clients’ business model from a global perspective; understand key markets, global influencers and the impact on client/business narrative
- Develop & own portions of a plan
- Identify opportunities for cross-team integration
- Share POV, knowledge & expertise with the team/ agency through presentations, brown bag sessions or development courses, etc.
- Become familiar with WE capabilities across the agency including global region specialties in comparison to competitor agencies
- Assist with new business development, including taking an active role as part of the development/pitch team
- Serve in a lead research role on organic growth new business efforts including sourcing and gathering audience, industry or competitor market data
- Understand & identify potential opportunities to grow & diversify existing account
- Begin to develop and nurture network of peer contacts outside the agency
- Be a peer resource to staff, interns & new hires
- Build management skills by mentoring and managing junior level staff and account team
- Take accountability for role on projects

- Demonstrate ability to give/accept constructive feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Business in Marketing
- At least 2 years of working experience in the communication field, preferably from an agency environment. Any integrated communication experience would be a bonus
- Good grasp and understanding of communication (knowledge/experience in traditional PR and/or social-digital media and marketing strategies, etc.)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc)
- Good speaking, writing, and communication skills in English
- Any leadership experience mentoring a junior will be a plus
- Strong interest in B2B Enterprise Technology, Corporate, Gov work will be a plus
